Lebo holds a diploma in Project Management, Diploma in Training & Development, a Higher Certificate in OD ETDP and a Higher Certificate in Language & Communications. She is an accredited Assessor, Moderator and a Skills Development Facilitator. She has more than 15 years experience in training and development environment, running workshops both nationally and internationally. She has held various management positions in different organizations.
She is the CEO of History Makers, an Education & Training company. Lebo has also had a successful career in radio; she’s worked for Radio Pulpit since she was 18yrs and pioneered the popular Commuter Fm owned now by CommuterNet.

Tshepiso Maledu
Tshepiso Maledu is a passionate inspirational diverse speaker, MC, leadership specialist, author and an accomplished theatre performer and director. She has an Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts from Wits University. Tshepiso’s performances have taken her throughout South Africa as well as to Europe and Africa.
She is an acclaimed inspirational speaker, a seasoned facilitator, personal and leadership coach, who is passionate about people development programs for young people, women, organizations and corporates.
Through the play Die Empty that she has written and currently directing she continues to spread the message of inspiring people to unlock their potential and live a purposeful life. She furthered her studies in Human Resource Management, Higher Education in Training Development and Programme in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and currently studying Masters in Coaching.

Seth Naicker, is an innovative and exciting communicator who brings vibrancy in his presentations, talks and trainings. Seth will inspire people and facilitate a learning experience results in reflective and introspective thinking. He has the experience and training to inform and coach participants to become active and involved in bringing positive change in their work, play, personal, professional space and place of life.
Seth has spoken at national and international development conferences, and led and directed teams of diversity which have impacted Southern Africa, South Africa, Europe, England, Germany, Holland, Spain and the United States. He has delivered talks, motivational trainings and capacity coaching which have resulted in: pilot programs, social change initiatives and movements, inspired and empowered people. He is a facilitator and inspired communicator of note, who carries a toolkit that gets people talking and engaging deeply in crucial, critical and courageous conversation!
Seth has completed his Bachelors of Arts degree at Bethel University in the field of Reconciliation Studies, Biblical and Theological Studies, and a minor in political science. He has also completed his course work toward a Masters in organizational leadership and is currently revising his final project paper on inclusivity in the workplace.
